However, You understand that no system is completely secure and We are not liable if unauthorized access occurs.

9. Limitations on Liability

• For any indirect losses;
• For lost profits, opportunities or revenues.
• In relation to the use of Participating Games or services provided through Our platform;

You understand and acknowledge that You are accessing these Services at your own risk.

10. Representations

• That all information furnished by you is true;
• That the account created for Your use was not established in order to evade or circumvent any restrictions on betting imposed by law or otherwise;

11. Indemnification

If a term is held inoperative, it will be replaced with one having similar effect.

We reserve all rights to modify this policy at any time and post such modifications on the website; provided however that if you have an existing contract in place with Us, We will provide a separate notice of such change according to its terms before implementing it upon your request for termination.
